The Chanson Youth Chamber and Chorale of Connecticut was founded in 2015 by its predecessor, Connie's Piano Studio Chamber Ensemble Workshop.

 

In order to encourage the professional growth of young musicians, improve their instrument playing skills, exercise their ensemble ability and cultivate their public welfare heart, "Happy July 4th", and "Merry Christmas" public benefit concerts are held in Hartford County in July and December every year for disabled and elderly citizens.

Public performance certificates are given to all young musicians who participate and give of their time and talent.

We also offer kids volunteer intern opportunities to work in different areas related to music and gain valuable experience to develop business and communication skills working with the public.  Certificates and references are provided to those who participate once completed.
